Dean Baker is the proud owner of ADO and leads the company with dedication and vision with 36 years of experience to guide him. A true family man, he values time with his loved ones and enjoys life’s adventures outside of work. When he gets the chance, Dean can be found riding his motorcycle or relaxing by the beach, pursuits that fuel his energy and outlook both personally and professionally.

Chance Hendley, General Manager of ADO

As General Manager of ADO, Chance Hendley is committed to keeping operations running smoothly and supporting the success of every project. Family is at the center of his life, and he makes the most of his free time outdoors. Chance enjoys hunting and working in his garden, hobbies that reflect his patience, focus, and appreciation for hard work.

Brianna Packard, Executive Administrative Assistant at ADO

Brianna Packard serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant at ADO, where she provides organization and support across the company. Dean’s daughter, Brianna is also a graduate student at the University of Lynchburg, pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. Outside of work and studies, you can find her hiking in the mountains with her husband and traveling the country when she can.
